Do you manufacture to drawing?
Yes. Send us your drawing or a sample and we'll manufacture to it, or to the international standard you specify.
Do you make non-standard or custom parts?
Yes. Special head forms, lengths, threads, materials and finishes are routine for us. Our in-house tool room makes the tooling, so custom parts don't depend on outside suppliers.
Can you develop a new part from my drawing?
Yes. Send a drawing, a sketch or a sample. Our engineers prepare drawings and CAD files for your approval, check the design in simulation before tooling, and test the parts in our own lab, with test reports supplied with your order.
Do you do fabrication work?
Yes. Beyond fasteners, we fabricate brackets, strut fittings and custom steel parts, including stamping, laser-cut profiles and welded assemblies.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item. Tell us the quantity you need and we'll confirm the MOQ with your quote.
What are your lead times?
Typically 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the item, finish and quantity.
Do you hold stock in Europe?
We hold stock of selected items at our UK warehouse, which serves customers across the UK and Europe. Ask us which items are available from UK stock.
Do you send samples?
Samples may be provided once pricing is approved, at our discretion. A sampling charge may apply.
What test documentation do you provide?
Dimensional test certificates (DTC) and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates, on request. CBAM emission data is available for UK and EU imports.
Do you deliver door to door?
Yes. DDP delivery is available, and containers are loaded at our own facility.
Are my drawings kept confidential?
Yes. Your drawings are used only to quote and manufacture your order, and are never shared.
